My contest is in 2 weeks now..i still need to drop 4-5 pounds. I read somewhere that whey protein should not be taken in last week before contest..I have a few questions.
(1). Can i take BCAA in place of whey for last 2 weeks? will it help me lose the final weight faster?
(2) Should i keep taking casein before bed till the contest?
(3) What kind of underwear is used for competition? is it the swimming type or is it special?
