Lean cuts.....your making me hungry lol.
I eat flank steak all the way up till a week out and then again the morning of the show. It keeps me full and I have no problems getting lean while eating it.
ya i ate steak pretty much ed whgile on my last prep as well and seemed fine.i heard it helps you hold onto more your muscle while dieting
