That's because outside of the teens and the 40+ and 50+ there aren't age restrictions. The other classes depend on whether you've competed or not.

I have never competed before, what would I qualify for? I am 5'9" 180 lbs 21 years old
You would qualify for Open Class, some shows also have a Novice Class which you would also be eligible for.
