What defines a Natural Show?

Like the title says. What constitutes a natural show? Does
that mean that you can't use anabolic steroids? Can you
have cosmetic surgery (implants, lipo, etc.)? Thanks. Mark

I don't know about the cosmetic surgery? With performance enhancing drugs most of them you just have to be clean for 3 years. All contests vary though. A lot of them give you a polygraph. But truthfully how low is your self esteem (not you just in general) if you need to take gear to compete with guys who are clean.

I know some are MIke. and I can see people even faking a drug test but like I said some of them give polygraphs. How do you fake a polygraph.

I heard about those polygrapg test dont you think thats going alittle overboard on trying to cach people I seen what defines a natural show and I dont know how people get away with it

yeah ways to get around that are by slowing your heart beat .... taking zanex works. I actually know some one that was polygraphed he knew he was casue he thought they would descriminate casue he is indian.. so he popped a bar before the the weigh in.. when they pulled him aside asking for him to give a poly graph test

I'm not gonna even ask where you've used that before.

I've seen some of those where most (if not all) the guys looked clean. But then again take a look at Stan Mcquay. He competed "natural" for years. Yea Right
