How to take PROPER before and after pictures for the at home gym rat
Sorry if this is the wrong forum, i was wondering if someone could help me with tips taking proper before and after pics, I have a older 3.0 cannon with a billion features i dont understand, lol i just learned how to use micros two weeks ago and i have owned it since 2007. Or my iphone 4.
Most peoples before and after pictures suck, lets be honest and hard to see little to any progress at all. so Throw it all at me any info you guys may have,
thanks!!

Hey I have been waiting for a proffesional photographer to chime in with camera settings etc. But since no one has..
One thing I would mention is whatever setting, lighting, poses you use...Keep them exactly the same in all the shots. Kinda hard to compare a suited tanned flexed front double biceps on a sunny day to a shot in jeans arms at the side in the closet.

yeah i was expecting some young eager camera shutter bug to come in with all these pro tips.. epic fail thread.
Frank zane said you need to take 100's of pictures each week and keep comparing pictures as part of yor progression
