Looking good man. At 14 weeks, your either already started or close to starting your comp diet. I would just continue to hit it all around and watch the changes come as you progress towards the show. I used my first how as a reference point on what I needed to bring up. It's one of those you always learn something new kind I experiences.

You should keep a log if your show prep here.

One thing I stress on to anyone who wants to compete is posing. You can never pose enough. I would pose every gym session so you'll be comfortable. You'll want to get to the point where you can pose without a mirror and know your hitting everything.

Far out looking awesome. Great legs and great back.

I'd be working on your triceps, rear delts and hammies tho, they seem to be a bit behind the rest of your physique. Other then that well done so far

Definitely practice posing and keep a photo record of your mandatory poses, make sure you do them right.

Is it the tattoos or does your left shoulder and arm appear bigger than the right?
    NO SOURCES GIVEN

14 weeks out isnt the time you bring up lagging body parts. That's what the off season is for. Now it's about stripping off all the body fat and maintaining as much muscle as possible. Your posing needs a lot of work, you really need to get with a posing coach and get your mandatories down correctly. Plenty of muscle though, that's for sure. Hard to tell from the few pics but if I had to render a guess I would say back width, chest would be my priorities after the show.

    ,

Bro at 14 weeks out, its not time to bring up lagging body parts.... but for future reference i would work on rear delts and hammies... your hammies look a little smaller, thats maybe because your calves are huge:-)... for sure, you doing something right with those calves, now you just need to bring up your hammies, everything else looks good.
good luck with your first comp.
