Hey everyone I'm very interested in bodybuilding and I've been thinking about it for some time to take it up full time. I'm 23 years old 71kg have quite a lot of expirence in lifting but have just got back into it properly again after and injury. Does anyone have any tips they could share with me. I'm aware I'm not big enough to start aas so I'm going to wait untill I reach my maximum natural weight. My routine is as follows
Monday - chest/biceps/abs
Tuesday - back/triceps/forearm
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - shoulders/bicep/abs
Friday - legs/triceps/forearm
Diet is also good taking in around 3000/3500 calls a day
