    Scale accuracy

When people say that they have lost XX lbs per week or whatnot, how accurate is that?

My weight fluxuates ~3-5 lbs every day, depending on what time it is and what I've had to eat/drink. And that's something that pretty much has to happen with everyone else.

With constant water drinking ( and 20 oz. of water weighing ~ 1.34 lbs each ), that's several pounds on and off during the day.

What's the best way to get an accurate weight measurement when so many variables can pop up and discredit the information?

Weigh yourself when you wake up on a empty stomach.

Agreed, I too vary in weight greatly depending on what time of the day I weigh myself, first thing in the morning gives the most constant results. But still go by a mirror not a scale.

Wait to weigh yourself after that Morning Piss!!! Then you will get an accurate weight that you can work with.
