    There aren't any effective OTC diuretics that I know of, besides alcohol and stimulants. But those are obviously poor choices.
    If you can get AAS and ancillaries, you can get Rx diuretics.

    Oh I have access, it isn't for me. Buddy has a show coming up and needed something ASAP. Next time he should plan better. Oh well

    Ha!!! I never saw this thread before but when I did my comment was going to be....the only real effective OTC diuretic is diarrhea...truth! Some laxatives and milk of magnesia and you're good to go, lol!

    Yep, anything that makes you have the squirts is good. Watermellon can trigger it if you do not eat it often. Caffeine is actually a great diuretic so coffee and tea work good...leave out the sweeteners.
