    can you please expand on your question, its a broad question. what specifically you're after? there is no one diet fits all, its all specific to the individual.

    Just in general. What each person does while cutting to desired body fat, weight ect. What you eat as you get closer to stage day. Very broad, but I wanted it that way.

    well for me to cut I simply drop all starchy carbs. always train heavy low reps.

    I hard core carb cycle at that point. Then cut carbs nearly 100% to pull the last bit off. Wish I did more cardio from 12-6 weeks out. But that's just me.

    I think most follow this with a big carb up Thursday. Or if you really know your body, on Friday.
