    I need help on the last 2 days please

    Questions and things I'm confused about,

    How much water do you consume Friday before you shut off water in the evening? (I'll be taking a diazide)
    when you stop water, do you just take sips through out with meals till bed time?

    if you take a diazide; when do you introduce sodium?
    I'm cutting it 24hr before the show and just consuming what's naturally occurring in food.
    I heard there's an interaction between diazide and sodium loading? do you load 2-3 hours before PJ for some vasodilation?

    After prejudging, how much water do you take in till show time?

    I would drink water as normal on Friday while taking your diuretic throughout the day and stop all water around 7 that night. After prejudging, if you think you have a shot to do well but it's close, I would only drink what you need not to pass out. Sodium, I don't like messing with this.
