I have a question.. If u drop the test p one week (7 or 5 days?)before comp do will ur test be in the dirt when ur on stage? And done jump back on cycle or do u do ur pct right after u compete? Do u drop the test so u can get rid of the water bloat?

Agreed with Mike on orals. Would also keep all compounds like Tren and Masteron in at full dose all the way through. As for testosterone , 1-2wks out based on how you look. If you are looking fantastic then I say don't mess with it. If you're looking a little fat, don't mistake that for water...I'm sure we've all seen that plenty of times. Guy thinks once he drops test he'll look great but the truth is he's still too fat. I have been guilty of this before.

Yes, your test levels will be in the dirt. And more than likely so will your estrogen as most bombard themselves with AI's before a show to help dry out and look tighter.

As far as after the show...IMO, it's always best to at minimum jump right back on testosterone , TRT dose. The first few weeks after a show can be hard and there's no reason or benefit to make it harder. After that, it just depends on the guy as far as PCT, coming off, staying on, bridging or whatever else.

I agree with Metalject on few items, way to many people confuse the last 2% of fat for water and over use diuretics, that is the worst thing one can do, it will make you look flat and spilled over, got to be very careful with this aspect of the game...thats why most people hire couches to make that decision for them at the end of the prep where mind games can have a huge impact on the outcome of the prep...also i would recommend jumping back on gear for 4 weeks past the prep to maximize the anabolic rebound from extended period of dieting...

Diuretics have basically killed a few pro's so like Mike said, caution is needed.
