Looks to me like you are ready for the cover of such books...cant say I have ever read any, I learned all from forums and talking to people that know what they are doing...believe it or not there are few out there that are willing to share their knowledge for free...especially with other coaches...
Yea i have seen some books about it but i can understand why most won't devolved their prep secrets.. Ill keep lurking around this section more often. Thanks broQuote:
