16 weeks out & starting to freak
? this will be my 2nd show season for npc wpd my 1st GearD
My upper body is at a pretty low bf but my legs just will not give up the fat ?

Looking good!
If your legs are still holding fat then your only chance is to lower overall bf cause there is no other way! (Well.. Liposucktion lol)

Yohimbine HCL improves blood flow to lower extremities and assists with lowed body fat reduction in woman something to think about, lot of woman have difficulty loosing the lower body fat...ohh and 3mg per day is the effective dose...

If you're 16wks out (4 months) there is no reason to freak out. You have an eternity of time left. There is no reason to start absolutely killing yourself with 10 hours of cardio a day and a nothing but tilapia diet...at least not yet
You're fine, plenty of time to work with what you have.

I have been adding some size with the var I am definitely enjoying the size increase. Look forward to seeing what progress I'll make over the next few weeks. I'll keep y'all updated.
I switched from clen to phed for these next 2 weeks. I'm sitting at 143 now ? hopefully I'm just gaining good weight... Coach wanted me down to 125-130 on stage...

16 weeks is very far out. You look fine for 16 weeks. Clen and var already? You running those all the way to the show?

It rapidly down regulates beta-2 receptor and has to be cycled on and off on regular basis in order to retain any metabolic stimulation. The down-regulation time seems to depend on who you ask, anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. I usually recomend cycling on and off every 2 weeks. Clen increases metabolic rate 5-6% and Ephedrine and Caffeine stack increases it up to 3-5%. for me i will just stick it out with ECA stack and work a little bit harder to reach my goal instead off cycling in and out of clen...plus i find the side effects are much more profound with clen then ECA, at least for me.
All that being said for me when in contest prep for myself or clients female or male, i prefer hGH / T4 / and ECA for my fat loss stack, even more important clean diet cycling the carbs and HIIT for cardio as well as a well planned out progressive resistance training plan...at the end of the day thats what works, the rest are just supplements to assist in fat loss...
