How many shows do top Mens Physique Competitors compete in a year?

Title says it all. How many shows do top Mens Physique Competitors compete in a year? I did my first show 2 weeks ago, and was just curious.

I want to know, but of how many cycles these guys run in a year. Do you think these guys stay on gear all year round?

they do alot, i think they are on all year round.

I came in 9 out of 11th in my class, but as long as i didnt come in last I accomplished my goal. It was my first one, ill work with a posing coach next time. Great feeling being on stage.

Posing is by far the hardest part of prep or competing I should say. Makes diet seem like a cake walk! Doing my first show in 4 weeks and working with a posing coach now and it's ridiculous how uneducated I was in the category.
