    Weak points and advice?

    Hey guys and gals,

Would you please check out my below pics from 2 days ago and give me your honest opinions on weak spots to build up? Lowering my body fat is already a priority (starting my second blast without increasing calories and also increasing cardio frequency to address that).

As background, I train primarily HIT style modeled after Marcus300's version similar to Dorian Yates' style of it. I take in about 2900 net calories daily at about 30/40/30 ratio.

Any advice beyond pointing out weak spots and insights in targeting them is also appreciated.

    Thanks!

Deadlifts are working well for that

Good luck with the next blast/goal

Hamstrings could maybe come up a bit and u already mentioned bf which i thought i saw a tad above 15 but we all carry it different. ..very similar build to me and i finally got rid of the fur coat

I agree with above, back looks thick, i would work on the width aspect of it...round up the shoulders a bit more and get that X shape...

It would be a lot easier to judge if you cut to 10% BF and shaved off the fur...

Duly noted. I'll focus on the body fat first. Not much to see with or without hair because of that. Haha. Any obvious weak points other than the fur and insulation?

Well, apparently I'm actually less than 15% body fat... It was hard for me to believe too. I just got my first BodPod body fat assessment and the results were 13.8%. While that is still not an ideal body fat for me, it is surprisingly lower than it appears on me ha ha

Alright, so far we have the following:

Lower my body fat to 10% max
    Shave the for coat
    Widen my lats
    Build up my hamstrings
    Build up my calves

    225, 6', 33, 15% bf, bench 320, squat 405, dead 465.

Roger that! Unfortunately, I think my calories may be a bit low as I haven't been doing so well with energy and maintaining those lifts

So far I'm just blasting testosterone . Just my second blast, but I'm told I shouldn't cycle other AAS until test stops doing it for me alone. Would like to try that, however!

    Exclamation 9 months later...advice?

    Hey Fellas,

It's been over 9 months since my last request for this advice above.

Following a much needed 2 week pullback, I have now been full throttle back into Marcus's HIT for 2 weeks and I am 4 weeks into a 20% caloric cut. Next time I do it right, carb cycling at maintenance with increased cardio as Marcus recommends! However, for the time being, I would appreciate any critique of my progress photos this morning. No workout pump, just after waking up.

I looking for feedback into what you feel are my weak points, some recommended changes in my routine to address these, and any other insight I can drain from your accumulated experiences.

For background, I am at 2550 calories (60 fat, 270 carb, 230 protein), doing HIT 5 days a week and cardio 5 days a week (low intensity). I just started devoting a 6th day to weak point training in the 8-15 rep range, no beyond failure, to prevent over training.

    I am at 125 Tren A 3x/week, 100 Test C 2x/week, 100 Deca 2x/week, and 300 HcG 2x/week.

Current stats are 225 pounds, 10ish % bodyfat, and un-flexed measurements: 41.5" hips, 36.25" waist at belt line, 46.25" chest at nipples, 54" shoulders, 15.5" arms at thickest, 25.5" quads at mid, 17" neck above traps, 16.5 calf at thickest.

So, no one saw any areas as weak points to build up? I was thinking lat width and possibly hammies...

Just started incorporating a 6th weak point training day, no beyond failure (to prevent overtraining), but volume focused on the width of my lats. So, now I am....just wanted to be sure I saw the weak point correctly and was not wrong?
