Bikini competition
Guys! I need help I am in like week 4 on 90 without keto. Do I need it? Also, I'm not where I need to be?. My stack is anavar n Clen but I'm three weeks out from my show n been stuck on a number. Could it be the anavar? Could I be gaining muscle? I get some bad ass workouts n lift. Pretty heavy. Anavar is at 15 mcg n Clen is at 90 daily.. Both at week four. Is it safe for me to keep going? Welcome...i think you mean anavar at 15mg and clen at 90mcg. Clen downregultes beta 2 receptor very quickly and is basically rendered useless after 2 weeks of use, so if you have used it for 4 weeks it is not doing much to stimulate fat loss. It needs to be cycled 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. the off weeks i recommend ephedrine and caffeine stack. Also because of that i do not like clen at all...regular dose would be about 100mcg 2 times a day which makes your dose very low. numbers do not mean a lot when it comes to fat loss, i prefer to measure my waist to track my progress.
If you can post some pics we can let you know if we feel your on track or behind, remember you are your own worst judge its hard to make a subjective judgement by yourself...

help me out mike, I ask this with all due respect but wouldn't taking ephedrine after clen be counter productive seeing as they are both beta 2 agonists working with the same receptors? im not understanding how the receptors would ever have a chance to "refresh"...I think the op should be taking ketofen while using clen so she could stay on longer but maybe I just don't understand, thanks...

It's my understanding that if supplementing keto while on a clen run it helps your receptors not build up a tolerance to the clen?!(I've never ran it but have researched it a bit)...
If she cycles it two on And two off w/out keto I'm assuming that the Ephedrine/ECA stack would still be beneficial(but why)?? Even w/keto I'd think itd be more effective??

First to the lady, if your lower body is the issue you want to invest into Yohimbine HCL, it improves blood flow to the lower extremities and will assist in oxidizing fat tissue, it helps a lot especially woman...3mg twice a day would be great, i would take a brake from Clen for 2 weeks if time allows and then go on higher dose of 100mcg 2 times per day...upwards of 120mcg if you can handle the sides...

Now to the gentelman...i use that term loosely...LOL...just kidding gents...
Clen direct interact with beta-2 receptor, where as Ephedrine does not directly effect beta-2 receptor and its affinity to it is rather poor...its actually exhibits most of its effects through release of noradrenaline from sympathetic nerve terminals. Noradrenaline then interacts with muscle and fat cells as a nonspecific adrenergic agonist what that means is that noradrenaline activates beta-2 receptors, but also other beta-receptors as well as alpha-receptor. Also Clen is very supresive to beta-2 receptor where as ephedrine is not thous still allowing a sensitivity to recover even thou the body still has increased fat burning activity.
I hope this makes sense...you guy have actually made me think about this one for a second...LOL...but i knew there was a reason...and it does work in practice as well as i have used clen a few time, however i do not like it and prefer to use E/C stack for my fat loss goals...

Okay.. Still doing my Anavar 20mcg n Clen daily at 90 mcg. Without Keto.. I can't get it can I use Benadryl n how much? What do u suggest? Im suppose to Step in Stage in three weeks. My problem is only like 7 pounds n really my legs are muscular. I am not far from where I need to be but I do look muscular.. LOL thanks a bunch

I dont think Keto will help at this point, also if you keep taking the clen it is not doing anything any more, sorry thats the fact...i already stated what you should do and thats drop the clen, besides you did not use enough of a effective dose you used it too long and your beta-2 receptor is likely burned out...Benadryl will not do anything as your receptor is already desensitized...Anavar dose is ok, i would switch the Ephedrine and Caffeine for last 3 week and make sure you nail the carb up, but this being bikini probably not that important really...good luck...

yes you can but only till about tuesday same for caffeine and ephedrine due to insulin sensitivity inpact these items cause, making ti very difficult to carb up...
Bio-Chemistry and physics rules apply to all, some of these rules apply to all and not just some...i have my way, some other trainers have theirs, i am not going to knock other peoples training methods, but i have a lot of customers that hire me for a reason...

My wife has competed 17 times ranging from fitness, to figure twice at Nationals and once at World Championships...i have been her coach for all shows, if you look around here i am sure her pics are here somewhere...so the answer is yes, i have worked with quite a few woman over the years, most of my clients request confidentiality due to the nature of our sport so unfortunatly can not drop names...LOL...i do not know on Keto as i dont really buy its feasibility some one might have input, its sleep time or i would research it quick for you but its been a long day...

Can't speak for clen , but I know with albuterol, the suggested dosing is 1mg. Take it at night, it will make you drowsy

Awesomess n def will like to message and talk prep.. Okay I know it's late but I'm 2 n half weeks out. My coach is going to add winsdtrol.. I'm bikini and I was told by a judge my quads/legs are pretty big. I am getting off anavar n he will keep me on Clen n add a few dosages of winsdtrol. Will I drop any weight?

I honestly dont know, the best thing to do at this point is follow your coach, if you dont like the results you can always hire a next person...i hate to jump in the middle of someone elses prep, i am sure there is a method to his madness, its just not my method...post a picture adn then i can tell you if i think you are ready or not to ease your mind if you want...
