    Never stop cycling?

    Hey! Just wondering how much should one cycle in a year? This stuff is addictive and I don't feel like taking a break. I do realize the harms but how much of a break between cycles is recommended? If a cycle is fairly light with test etc and nothing like tren or deca etc. Just curious brahs.

    If you are going to cycle then time on plus pct equals time off. No more than 2 cycles each year

    Is it ok to enter the 3 range since my first was a trial with only test prop 400mg/wk for 6weeks. N now I'm on week 4 of a bulk with sus250 n dbol . Will need to do a cut cycle after this. What do u suggest? 30yrs 200lbs bf14%. 6ft. Thanks so much

    no I would give yourself the time to recover and just do the 2

    fair enough I guess. What's a good pct if I do this for 10 weeks at 500mg Sus and 30mg dbol ed (1-6).

    I suggest you take some time to read the stickies. Knowledge is were it's at in this game. The sticky planning and executing my first successful cycle will tell you everything you need to know. It will teach you how to run a proper cycle with the right compounds, ai and hcg for your cycle. For pct you need Clomid and nolvadex but please take the time to read

    You can call it "trial cycle" or "light cycle" but that does not change the fact that you are negatively affecting your hypothalamus axis and will need recovery.

    To be fair you should do pct even if you only do a 5 week course and defo have an off cycle i recently heard of some guys talking about a bridging cycle which seemed madness as you effectively never come off just have a mega low dose for your "off" idiots

    Technically speaking with steroids - longer does not necessarily mean better. So the effectiveness of the product will actually go down in term of absorption in the body. Depending on your goals with training I.e bodybuilding, powerlifting etc should determine steroid use .

    A rule of thumb you can trust is how ever long you are on, you should stay off.
