    Trying to find a prep coach. I looked online not seeing a lot of info on it.

    There are tons of them...prices vary so does experience....not to hoot my own horn but i am one and so is Metalject, i am not sure if he is still taking clients or not but you can message him to find out...

    What area are you in ? If you go to a bb show there will be loads there failing that try a local bodybuilding gym
