Tanning

Right I need some advice, what the hell am I doing about tanning ? Do I get a base spray coat ? Self apply the night before ? I have instant stage finish to apply right before show time.

How soon do you need the tan? I think melanotan is great - the tan lasts such a long time with such a small amount of exposure. A spray tan obviously works if you have a one day thing you want a tan for.

Yeah I've used melanotan before with decent results, and I think I can now bronze quicker and stay bronzed longer , it's like I've genetically altered my skin tone forever, luckily we've just had a couple of days sun in the UK , so I'm ok inn places, but legs never tan for some reason.

I'm in a bodybuilding show, I just don't know what I'm supposed to use. Whether it's regular St Tropez lol or what ???

Any self tan and colour ? Dark / light / bronzed / wet look ?

Ok, you want spray tan from a chemist or something. Sorry, I stick to the melanotan myself (and I think it has changed my skin too!) so I can't recommend a product to you. I know St Tropez is supposed to be a good, non-cheap brand - if I were you, I would google for recs from one of the magazines that tests those things because I imagine you don't want to accidentally buy something that gives you an orangey coloured tan.

Last this guy competed i used dreamtan...it was dark, not sure what shade i keep applying till you cant see me...

I have purchased St Moritz lol, hopefully gf can apply some and do a trial run. Do I apply to my face as well ? Seems like a lot of tanning disasters on stage lol.

You can always thin it with some lotion for your face and then add more tonight, tomorrow, or whenever, instead of looking odd with your face strangely dark.

At the same time I think it would be odd to bronze your bod and have your face be light (but depends on your natural colouring and how dark your body gets, of course).
