My stats I'm about 190-193/height 6"1/body fat 11-12%
Bench 1 REP MAX is 325
Squat 250 max
Deadlift 315 for 15 reps
I been on cycle for 5 days

I'm running sust at 300 mg I pin 150mg every 3 days.
My kickstart I'm running superdrol at 40 mg
I'm eating 6 large meals a day

2 SCOOPS PROTEIN
1/2 CUP CREAM OF RICE-M/W/F BANANA-ALL OTHER DAYS
25 ALMONDS
MEAL 2:
8 OZ LEAN MEAT (CHICKEN)
2 CUPS VEGGIES
MEAL 3: PRE WORKOUT MEAL
8 OZ LEAN MEAT (CHICKEN)
2 CUPS OF VEGGIES
8 OZ SWEET POTATOES
MEAL 4: POST WORKOUT MEAL
8 OZ LEAN MEAT (TILAPIA)
