Cycle log/Contest prep
I just started my cycle. Been in prep for 3 weeks tho
My stats I'm about 190-193/height 6"1/body fat 11-12%
Bench 1 REP MAX is 325
Squat 250 max
Deadlift 315 for 15 reps
I been on cycle for 5 days
MENS PHYSIQUE
I'm running sust at 300 mg I pin 150mg every 3 days.
My kickstart I'm running superdrol at 40 mg
I'm eating 6 large meals a day
MEAL 1:
2 SCOOPS PROTEIN
1/2 CUP CREAM OF RICE-M/W/F BANANA-ALL OTHER DAYS
25 ALMONDS
MEAL 2:
8 OZ LEAN MEAT (CHICKEN)
2 CUPS VEGGIES
MEAL 3: PRE WORKOUT MEAL
8 OZ LEAN MEAT (CHICKEN)
2 CUPS OF VEGGIES
8 OZ SWEET POTATOES
MEAL 4: POST WORKOUT MEAL
8 OZ LEAN MEAT (TILAPIA)
8OZ SWEET POTATOES-M/W/F 2 CUPS GREEN VEGGIES-ALL OTHER DAYS
MEAL 5:
2 SCOOP PROTEIN SHAKE
1 CUP OATS-M/W/F 25 ALMONDS-ALL OTHER DAYS
MEAL 6:
8 OZ LEAN MEAT (TILAPIA)
2 CUPS VEGGIES

So you bench more than u squat? How longs your prep? What's your macro breakdown? And what about training and cardio?

Up date I'm up 6lb since start of prep 3 weeks ago. First week on SD I got some crazy headaches so I uped my water intake, this week I've started to get back pumps I've trown in some b-12 to help with appetite also

That is 4 meals and two shakes. Yes shakes have their place, but I cannot count them as a full meal in prep. Do you have someone helping you with your diet?

I feel amazing full all the time I got so much extra energy I'm about to 2 weeks in my cycle after this week I'll do a wait check Friday

Finishing up week 4 gettin lean as shit ! I was 197.6 this morning started prep at 189! Next week the trek and epi come in I will be starting anavar also at about 7.5 weeks
