insulin and final prep questions????

A good buddy of mine is competing in a few weeks and was wondering a few things and asked me to post these questions for him.

Hoping you guys could help him out.

1. What is the likely hood of getting caught in a natural show using insulin. They are testing through urine, no blood testing.

2. What have you done to get rid of that last bit of fat and last bit of water in the last 2 weeks of show prep that has made some drastic improvements besides cutting water.

3. What have you done to change your diet in the last few weeks to tweek it a bit?

4. What diuertics have you been able to use for those you off who have competed in a natural tested show?

They will not find slin in testing, but if he is holding some water and fat, slin is bad idea. No sure on what the test for in terms of diaredics.
