Losing weight but measurments are same

Hey guys, I am on stage prep atm and in past 4weeks I have been consuming 2300kcal daily.
Went down from 92kg to 88kg and only lost 1 inch on my waist. Today I measured my weight again (week after) and its 86kg but all the measurements are same.
Where tf is my weight going?!

your likely losing a lot of inter cellular glycogen and triglyceride stores. this will show up on the scale, but its not going to change the measurement of your waist

Bro, give it a bit of time and you will start seeing the difference
I just finished 8 weeks of being on a caloric defecit trying to shed off some fat and I swear i didn't notice a difference in measurement until like end of 5th/beginning of the 6th week. Now all my pants are loose lmao.
Your body usually fills your fat cells with water before it goes empty so maybe that's why.
Read the carb cycling thread on there it helps BIG time for this purpose
    Good luck
