Hello everyone, i'll have my first show in a couple of days (saturday), and i would like to know how to charge, the problem is that im not following a traditional diet, im on a keto - diet and im afraid i could retain to much water....

I was thinking on something "clean", rice and maybe some hotcakes, i think that something like pizza o burguers could ruin everything....


by the way, the show is divided in two days, saturday is pre-judging (or something like that) and weighting and sunday are the finals...

so i was wondering if is correcto to start charging on saturday (after weighting) or better wait till sunday in the morning....


Any input will be greatly appreciatted....
