Flat during prep
I’m in a deficit right now to shed some fat and my coach just cut my carbs again, I can handle the low carbs low energy and all of that but is there anything you guys are doing to keep from being flat in the gym in a deficit, I do like to have veins popping and look more full while I’m working out and the fullness in my muscles just isn’t there right now.

It's all part of the prep. It will all be worth it after the carb up on Thursday and Friday and the fullness you have on show day.
My best prep advice: dont look in the mirror.

Well, might not help a whole lot but i take 5 grams of L arginine and low dose cialis will help some, or viagara if you dont get side effects. Load up on Himalayan salt and lemon juice. It will help a bit, throw in a niacin pill but absolutely nothing replaces a good carb load at least for me. Tough spot man, but it will be worth it

Man prep sucks lol and I have a date of June 14th I’m not actually doing a show I’m going on vacation but I’m doing a full prep as if I was, lots of cardio, little sleep and 100 mg of Ace eod has me feeling a little weird but yeah I’m shaping up pretty decent

Ok my Brother I took 10 mg of Cialis before I went in this morning and it made a big difference in my vascularity, good call

A coach told me that many coaches handle sodium incorrectly. Talk to him if he is not letting his sodium drop prematurely, sodium is the essential electrolyte for vascularization, muscle contraction and also for having a successful Carb-up. Your coach should just drop the sodium in the final week of the contest, and right after the water. Talk to him, and also see if he doesn't work with a load of fat, loading fat when it's already ripped gives good vascularity.
