16 weeks commences on Monday, Diet, Cycle is finalised. You guys propably don't know too much about Chemincal Nutrition Products (CNP) or John Hodgeson IFFB Pro, but over here they are well respected, so I was really pleased to get some help from them and have them monitor my progress. I am about 240 currently and have been off cycle for about 3.5 months so ready for it, eager to get going. I know its gonna be hard but looking forward too it.

Thanks for the interest mate, much appreciated.

    Peace

240 would be great, to be honest I probably have 30lbs to lose so anything over 200lbs would be great

Sure thing Mike! I have about a year before the show, so right now I'm focusing on putting as much size on and will switch it up to the dieting phase 16 or so weeks out. That's when I'll have like a million questions. My wife keeps laughing at the thought of me standing on stage in a pair of speedos. But she's supporting me 100%, except telling me while I'm dieting that she's gonna cook nothing but macaroni and cheese and shyte like that.

A little quesion to the pro's, here what I am eating 14 weeks out.

    Providing 330G Protein, 470G Carbs, 60G Fat.

    Consisting of:

    7AM 30 Minutes CV

    7.50 20G L-Glutamine

    8AM
    90G OATS
    1 BANANA
    33.75G Pro-Peptide

    11AM
    95G Brown Rice
    70G Turkey
    95G Tuna
    Brocolli

    2PM
    95G Brown Rice
    70G Turkey
    95G Tuna
    Brocolli

    5PM
    95G Brown Rice
    70G Turkey
    95G Tuna
    Brocolli

    Before Training 20G L-Glutamine

    Post Training
    3 Scoops Pro-Recover
    1 Banana
    10G L-Glutamine

    8.30PM
    200G Lean Mince
    90G Wholewheat Pasta
    Small amount of Sauce

    10.30
    20ML UDO's CHOICE
    45G PRO-PEPTIDE

On Non-Training Days the Carbs are reduced to 300G.

    CV ED 30 Mins.

The condition is improving nicely, however actually struggling to consume this much solid food, would normally use another shake, also I find orals affect my appetite. Is solid food preferable to a shake?

I have not started any Clen , ECA yet and don't intend to until ten week out.

    looks pretty solid to me

For ME i have to to keep low carbs days down around 175-250 range with a carb up day. If you can get lean on 470g of carbs all the better, after making some mistakes with low carbs, i think best way is to keep carbs as high as you can and still get lean! Anything around1.5-2g of protien per lbs of lean body mass should be fine. I also like that you are staying off the clen /e/c/a until closer. That way when you start to hit plateau you have something to get you over it.

Take your Glutimine before cardio. I think it will benefit you more, and will not affect fat burning. Frankly i have been doing my cardio post workout this time around instead of early AM and find it just as effective.

thanks mate, I appreciate the input. My metabolic rate has increased now so finding it easier eating the food, I am hungry alot more now, so the diet is kicking in, I think I will be dropping my carbs next week, 12 weeks out.
