What is the best way in findout out what competions one is able to compete in? I would like to compete sometime. How would one find out when and where competions are?

You can check the NPC website and also the IFBB site. There are links and contest schedules for some of the bigger competitions. Another thing you can check is a gym in your area where the "BIG BOYS" go. In Tampa it's Powerhouse and thats where I get a lot of my info. Best of luck.
