right now I am 2 weeks out and doing 45 min of cardio empty stomach 6x a week. Should I bump it up to 7 days a week or even more? How much is too much at this stage ( 2 weeks out)? thanks!

personnally i would split it up.....25 in the am and 25 in the pm.
But if it aint broke dont fix it....just go by how you look![]()
Thanks, anybody else? I forgot too mention that i do it in the am empty stomach. I also am training 4 days a week 45 min sessions with weights. Mostly supersetting at this point .
Well being only 2 weeks out, you're going to have to think soon about cutting it out completely soon. People usually cut it out between 6-14 days out, so you don't have much time left and you're just about at where you're gonna be at. I would still do the morning cardio at 45 min but not on the same day as legs.
up till 7-9 days out do 2 hours a day 1 the am one in the pm and stop working legs
