Nlite(The best program I have ever used for a reformat)

If you have not heard of this program yet you should. Here is some infor on it...

Have you ever wanted to remove Windows components like Media Player, Internet Explorer, Outlook Express, MSN Explorer, Messenger...
How about not even to install them with Windows ?

nLite is a tool for pre-installation Windows configuration and component removal at your choice. Optional bootable image ready for burning on media or testing in virtual machines.
With nLite you will be able to have Windows installation which on install does not include, or even contain on media, the unwanted components.

    Features
    •Service Pack Integration
    •Component Removal
    •Unattended Setup
    •Driver Integration *
    •Hotfixes Integration **
    •Tweaks
    •Services Configuration
    •Patches ***
    •Bootable ISO creation

    * - Textmode (CD Boot) and normal PnP
** - hotfixes with white icons, *KB*.exe, including update packs
    and Internet Explorer 7
***- supports generic SFC, Uxtheme, TcpIp and Usb Polling patching.

nLite supports Windows 2000, XP x86/x64 and 2003 x86/x64 in all languages.
It needs .NET Framework 2.0 in order to run.

I just recently used this program to remove junk out of my windows xp installation when I reformated and all I can say is wow. This is such a great program. I was able to remove almost 200megs off the install with this program and with the ability of turning it into an .iso and then converting it with a cd burning to burn it to a cd I was able to get everything I needed in it and more. No more going through all the tweaks after reformating and no more having to install updates after a reformat since you are able to add them in. The removal of programs like games(pinball, hearts stuff like that),outlook, messanger, accessible options, windows sounds, windows media player, removal of services and so much more have made my system run far more effiencent.

If you have any question on how to use this program properly or need help let me know in this thread and I can make a walkthrough for you. Here is the site if you want to take a look at it
