Would like to add 2 monitors & a TV to my comp

Hi all, I have 3 ports VGA, DVI, HDMI on my PC's graphics card. I have been informed that i can connect a LCD Monitor to VGA port (currently using) and LCD Monitor to DVI Port (purchased a DVI to VGA converter via ebay & is due 2 arrive).

Now my question is that could i also use the HDMI Port to connect to a LCD TV as an additional screen to watch dloaded movies on etc?

Graphics Card: Nvidia 9800GT 1024mb DDR3 Graphics Card VGA DVI HDMI

I have 2 x 19" HP W1907V Monitors and was thinking of purchasing a 32"-40" TV to go with my setup.

    Thanks in advance.

OK cool, is there an alternative to hook up my comp to a TV as an additional 3rd screen?

    Your card wont support it.

Look into getting another and set up in SLI, and then your good to go.

Another question... How about if attach a USB VGA/DVI Full HD adapter? What do you think, is it worth spending £30 on? It seems a less messier way to attach a 3rd monitor as i am not much of a comp doc... Has any one had experience with one?

I have my Mac hooked up to the TV and it's great...upgrade if you can. It's worth it. Only advice is don't get a long HDMI cable. I have a 25'er and the signal has some small issues.

you can do both monitors and HDMI out - but not all 3 at once.

you will have to switch between monitors and HDMI in the driver utility.
