my cutting diet...suggestions?
After week 3, start with week 1 again.
WEEK #1
Meal 1:
Oatmeal (1 cup)
Orange or Banana
Meal 2:
Apple
Meal 3:
Chicken Breast
Rice (1 cup)
Steamed Squash (1 cup)
WORKOUT
Meal 4:
Protein Drink with Dextrose
Meal 5:
Raw Celery (2 cups)
Peanut Butter (1 tbsp)
Meal 6:
Chicken Breast
Steamed Zucchini (1 cup)
Tossed Salad (no dressing) (3 cups)
Total Cals: about 1500
WEEK 2
Meal 1:
Oatmeal (1 cup)
Orange or Banana
Meal 2:
Raw Celery
Peanut Butter (1 tbsp)
Meal 3:
Chicken Breast
Baked Potato (1/2 a potato)
Steamed Spinach (2 cups)
WORKOUT
Meal 4:
Protein Drink with Dextrose
Meal 5:
Chicken Breast
Steamed Zucchini (1 cup)
Tossed Salad (no dressing) (3 cups)
Total Cals: about 1400
WEEK 3
Meal 1:
Oatmeal (1 cup)
Meal 2:
Raw Celery (2 cups)
Meal 3:
Chicken Breast
Steamed Squash (1 cup)
Tossed Salad with Italian Dressing (3 cups)
WORKOUT
Meal 4:
Protein Drink with Dextrose
Meal 5:
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
Meal 6:
Chicken Breast
Steamed Zucchini (2 cups)
Tossed Salad (no dressing) (3 cups)
Total Cals: about 1300-1400
My Cycle:
wk 1-13....Prop 75mg ED
wk 1-8.....Tren 50mg ED
wk 1-10....EQ 400mg/week
wk 9-13....Winny 50mg ED

check the cutting sticky as you have many flaws in your diet.

Yeah and what are your stats? Your calories seem way too low.

scrap the whole thing and start over
cals are way too low...unles your a 100lb female

6'1, 180 lbs, about 11%bf. I have heard so many different theories on diets. This one was basically taken out of a Men's Fitness issue. Says its based on a 180lb male. How many cals you guys think is good?

I noticed, however I refrained from giving my thoughts on using all of those items when a dietary approach is so poor. Kind of like putting the cart before the horse.

Ok, I have read the sticky, and I need a starting point. I am 6'1, 180lbs, about 11% bf, my cycle is listed above, I want to cut. As of now, not dieting, and take in an average of about 2800-3000 a day. My question is, how many calories should I be taking in for cutting on this cycle?

Flax (2 tbsp)
Meal 3:

Meal 4:
Protein Drink with Dextrose

Vegetables (1 cup)
Rice (1/2 cup)
Meal 6:
Tuna (1 cup)
Flax (2 tbsp)
Approx 2100 cals

Cardio is going to be either first thing in the morning or between meal 5 and 6.

well if its first thing in the morning, then your first meal should be pro/fat as well as meal 3.

try to keep the cardio in the AM bro. . .and with that u might want to try a PRO/FAT meal after it but see how u respond with the oatmeal
