now i know cereal is bad cuz of sugars an carbs but check this out.. it has very little of each.. it looks very good.. if u want to have some cereal.. i bought it already an it tastes good too.. thoughts?

I guess if one must have cereal then it's cereal it shall be. I don't partake of the milk however, so that ruins it for me. I just save the good sh*t for cheat days.
