Needless to say Chinese is made w/lots of oil, sodium, and carbs galore.
Use it as your cheat day and enjoy it. Don't waste time harping on it and feeling bad for enjoying tasty food, just handle your dietary business then next 7 days.
On a side note, I always eat Chinese prepared w/NO MSG. That **** gives me blinding headaches and carb/sodium hangover.

There are some items on the Chinese food menu, such as those at Panda Express that aren't bad at all, and can be integrated daily. You can get a bowl of just plain teriyaki chicken that is about 4g of fat and 50g protein if you take off the rice.

most chinese resturants offer brown rice steamed now, might want to check that out to substitute for the white. im hooked on the sesame chicken as well, along with the spicy general tso, lol.
