I assumed you had access to this because your location says USA. anyway im not saying that the drink is not good for you , im saying you can do without it because it contains a lot of preservatives and additives. maybe you can buy some dextrose powder in a pharmacy, they do sell it their at times. also use any other sports drink that have dextrose as an ingredient.

red bull pwo bad idea! it is important that you get some simple carbs in your pwo aside from the whey. 2:1 ratio. i am sure someone will post the answer to your question as iam also curious to what you can use for pwo aside from gatorade and dex. good luck

I would just stick to some honey bro. It may not be as good as dextrose, but it is a close runner up. The insulin spike will not be as great, but there have been studies that show it is even better than dextrose at restoring glycogen levels. Creatine leads to water storage. You will need two servings of the optimum preload to get 68g of dextrose. This will give you 12g of creatine, where 5g should be about the max. IMO I would stick to about 4tbsp. of Honey pwo.

I think his issue is that he lives in butt-phuck no-where [] and the cost of shipping would kill him.

Yeah brutha, I knew that, as I saw where you had stated you live in Jordan. That's my son's name by the way!
I was just saying that it's halfway between "where the f*ck am I", and "how the h*ll did I get here?"
I know you get killed on shipping.

Black Star Labs
Black Star Labs sells it in 5lb. tubs, both dextrose and maltodextrin and shipping is cheap.
