thanks guys........i always thoght soy was healthier for you..........im going to go to the store later and try to pick up some of that low carb milk..........**** i like drink milk so much .......i dont know if i could ever totally elimiate it from my diet.........

ahhhh, I've always eaten a bunch of soy! I really don't want to promote estrogen production! But Soy Milk - Protein Shakes are soooo good!!!
This is kinda off topic, but what foods promote testosterone ? (flax?)

Ya I got some of that Carb Countdown milk, I got the skim, it's not bad at all !
LOL I have bread/ bananas / milk that's just wasting since I don't eat them much now during cutting. I eat the bananas only after weight training....

Where Can I get this Carb Count down Milk, I usuallu drink 3-4 Glasses of 1% a day when u take into account with my protein powders, and I am now beginning to wonder if this is a big reason why i am haveing troubles loosing that bit of extra fat.
By the way i am from Ontario Canada if that helps where to find it.
