I'm not sure I understand the question.
i would say one tablespoon. because a pill contains 1 gram flax, a tablespoon of flax contains 14 grams.
Do you have any specfic evidence? The reason being I want to make sure my diet is adjusted if I do take them as I can get them for free.Originally Posted by Spoon

It's 1/14th of a TBSP. Reason being, 1 entire TBSP is 14 grams of fat. The caps you have are one gram of fat each, hence "1 gram caps". So, u need 13 more to equal 1 tbsp.

I know with the normal capsules you would have to take around 14to get what is in a single tablespoon of the liquid.
"Capsules containing flaxseed oil are convenient for traveling, but can be quite expensive in comparison to the liquid form. Also, a large number of capsules--approximately 14 containing 1,000 mg of oil each--are needed to get the equivalent of 1 tablespoon of oil. "

I like to buy the whole seeds. Take a tablespoon, put it in a coffee grinder for a few seconds and mix it in my oatmeal. That way you get all the fiber to.
