I am cutting for summerand wanted to check and see if my diet was inline to acheive my goals. I want to get down to about 6% or 7% bf.

Cardio: 45- 60 minutes 5-6 days a week
Lift: 5-6 days a week 60 - 90 min
- DIET -
7:00 am
- 45 - 60 min of cardio at target hr
8:15 am
- 2 scps Protein
- tbsp fo Flax
10:00 am
- 5 egg whites / 1 egg cooked with deli chicken breast
- almonds
12:45 pm
- R-ALA and Biotin
- Chicken Breast
- 1-2 cups of steamed green veggies
- 1-1.5 cup of brown rice
4:30 pm
- Can of Tuna w/ Mayo and Mustard
- scp protein
5:45 pm
- Lift
7:30 pm ( 15 - 20 minutes after lifting )
- R-ALA and Biotin
- 2 scps Protien
- Gatorade (Dex on the way)
8:30pm
- Chicken/Steak
- 1-2 cups of steamed green veggies
*** protien is ISOPure carb free 25g protien per scp
Any help is much appreciated.
