I was planning on just using the information in the bulking diet sticky but since it was deleted i need help. How does this diet look for gaining mass. Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Cardio for 40 minutes
Meal 1 (PWO of cardio):
Protein shake(2 tbsp flax oil)/ 1 cup of oatmeal
Meal 2:
8 Egg whites / 1 tablespoon flax oil
Meal 3:
Turkey sandwhich / 1 tablespoons flax oil
Workout
Meal 4:
PWO Nutrition (2:1 ratio of carbs/pro)(80 g's of dextrose : 40 g's of protein)
Meal 5:
1 cup of Oatmeal / turkey,chicken or steak
Meal 6:
Protein shake/2 tablespoons flax oil
Meal 7:
grilled chicken salad with light dressing
