Any of you guys/gals, help me with this question...I know they don't recommend sleeping on a full stomach due to lack of activity and such...but what abouy like after cardio...I usually come home very tired...eat my 8 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal, and then pass back out....since it's low in fat, do you think that it wont be such a bad idea?...PS....I work in EMS and am on call all the time...that's why I can come back and crash in the morning...and not go to a 9-5...lol...thanks in advance...alphamedic![]()
