question regarding possible gyno?

i did not know if this is the appropriate forum to post this in so forgive me. anyway i have never done gear as of the moment. i have read about gyno and its symptoms, question is i think i have it? since ive never ever done gear i was wondering if it is still possible to be manifested in such people. i do not feel pain in my nipples, they feel normal. ever since i can remember i always had a fleshy nipple area. no matter how hard id work out i could never get my chest nice and shapely cause of the excess fat in that area. my bf has never dropped below 15%

is it just excess body fat, i am going to cut soon and am trying to get my bf to at least 7%. i hope and pray that the fat around breast area will naturaly melt away with my hard work and perseverance.

It's possible to get gyno without the use of AAS, but it's VERY rare. Since a) you've never taken any and 2) you've always had fat on your chest, then it's regular old bodyfat.

The chance of getting gyno with out any gear are close to non existant.. chances are that what you think might be gyno is either the bit of fat you have left over or skin that hasnt tighten yet in the chest area.. If its a really serious concern speak to a dermtologist, but you shouldnt really be worried.

what got me real nervous was someone posting on the AR SPA that he was getting liposuction on that area because no matter how hard he dieted and some ignorant surgeon telling him it was gyno, he always had fat in the nipple area and subs.

I just hope its plain old body fat, cant wait to cut. cannot be skin alone because i can feel some subcutaneous tissue. definetely fat. if its fat it can most certainly be frmoved by getting bf in single digits? i hope? would it be possible for someone w/out gyno to still have fat in nipple area with bf in 6-8% region? tnx bro i feel SOOOO much better.

Not to scare you but at 6-8 you shouldnt have "bitch" tits.. However everyone is diffrent. Don't underestimate the thickness of your skin bro.. Especially if your natrual..

It's also not that rare- take a look at gynecomostia.org and almost 90% of the patrons their are getting surgery to remedy a natural occurring tissue growth. Juicers are actually the minority. Spoon, I recommend cutting down to below 10%, to be able to see a bit more clearly. Chances are its just fat tissue.

bro i used to have the same thing. Like i was never fat always at like 15%bf max but i always had pointy nips. But i do have words of encouragement. My bf has dropped quit a bit in the last month since ive been cutting and i noticed that its starting to go away little by little. The only problem with me and you is that we need to get our bf really low inorder to get rid of it completly. Id say it takes a body of about 7-8% to get rid of it completly. I know how you feel bro ive struggled with this same thing my whole life but just lean down and itll help.

thats what i mean. i have heard oy gyno even before i started hitting weights, and yes it is a naturally occuring thing, maybe my estro levels are naturally high. im hoping its just bodyfat. only time will tell. thanks bro!

I had gyno as a child but as I got older I just got puffy nips. I don't know what to do about it though. I can push on them and not feel any lumps at all just all sorts of squishy stuff in there. I hope it's just fat but only time will tell that one.

Is gyno different from fat?? I mean, fat can be gotton rid of by diet and exercize, but can gyno be gotton rid of threw diet and exercize? Im 10.4% body fat and I do got a little bit of fat 'or gyno' on my chest... I just started cutting and will get down to 8% by next month... Im focusing my workouts to flys, crossovers, declines, and pull up cables for my gyno/fat problem... I also box, so that will help tone down the chest...
