are the flaxseed oil capsules ok (1000 mg's of flax in each capsule)? and if so should i take them right when i take my shake? And if I lift first thing in the morning how long should I wait to eat my first meal(PWO right after the lift)? And are carrots, peas, and yams the only veggies that wont impact your bloob sugar levels?
this is the diet (the same on from the cutting post). Im 5'10 190 14% body fat.
Meal 1:
Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax
Meal 3:
Veggies, Lean Protein
Workout
Meal 4:
PWO Nutrition
Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.
Meal 6:
Shake with Flax
That turns into approximately 300 grams protein, 130 grams Carbs, and 50 grams of fat.
