Hey,i'm weighting in around 90kg want to get up 2 around 120kg with around 10%bf ,i want to bulk as clean as possible i'm 20yrs old i want to build a solid base before i start using juice.

1 bowl of brown rice
4-5.30PM Pre Workout
1 cup oatmeal mixed 15mg of whey

6.30-7.00PM Post Workout
1 protein shake
1 gatorade
