yep your math is correct. But I think the grams of protein and grams of dextrose are pretty even as far as how much room they take up, so usually I put in about 2 scoops of whey, and about 2 scoops of dextrose (using the whey scoop) and I think I did the math a while ago and it seemed to work out good. And it's a heck of a lot quicker than measuring 18 times![]()
