What does your diet usually look like on non-workout days??
same as workout days minus the carb/protein meals, instead i will replace with fat/protein meals.

If I do it in the morning on off days I eat my pro/carb meal for meal 5, but if I do cardio later in the afternoon then I eat the pro/carb meal for breakfast. I don't like complete keto weekends....
