I know everyone talks about retaining water while on Test E or Test Cyp, but not on Prop. Well my question is if you are on a Prop cycle and not worried about water retention is it still ok to drink 1-1 1/2 gallons of water a day? I have lowered my sodium intake to lessen any kind of bloat I MIGHT get. My diet is superclean and doing cardio about 5-6 days a week, 45-55 min, 60-70% of MHR. Will the excess of drinking water and lowering my sodium actually help promote fat loss??? Thanks bro's!!![]()
