AM Cardio: 45min 65-75% MHR
M1: 6 egg whites 3 whole eggs 390cal 49g protein
M2: 2 97% fat free turkey burgers w/ veggies 2 Udo's oil blend gel caps 300cal 48g Pro 2g Carbs
LIFT:
M3: PWO shake. Isopure meal replacement protein & 54g dex 510 Cal 50g Pro 80g Carbs
M4: PPWO meal grilled chx breasts and 1/2 cup of oats 330 Cal 47g Pro 26g Carbs
M5: 7oz grilled salmon w/ veggies 360 Cal 37g Pro 4g Carbs
M6: 2scoops of zero carb isopure protein and 2 Udo's flax oil 230 Cal 50g Pro
Total 2120Cal 281g Pro 120-130g Carbs
on days i cant do am Cardio which is like 1 or 2 days i do cardio for 20-25 mins after lifting and i substitute Meal 1 with a lean Protein/ Carb meal.
