Hey fellas looking for some help with the carb load thing the week prior to the show. The show is no big deal, but I figured I would come in a hot as I can. Right now my daily diet is old fashioned oatmeal with protein shake in the morning and meat and various vegetables the rest of the day. Typically my workout are in the morning 30+cardio and my weight training, then back later at night for another 30+ cardio. How would that carb load thing work if the show is June 18,04.
