Yeah, that's T-Mag, everyone knows about that site. I was interviewed in that magazine and I also wrote an article for them as well.

So you're not utilizing bad_man's suggestions?

Choose something and stick with it, you can't be all over the place w/your diet. Especially if you are using gear.
