alright guys i am tryin to come up with a bulker, i need to know what meals are a must for pro/carb. i was told the only meals that should be pro/carb were morning meal, and ppw if you are watching fat gain. im tryin not to gain any fat considering im already not the leanest guy with a little more fat than i would like. but i love gettin huge, so cutting is not my preference. would i be ok with just eating carbs 2 times a day and still gaining 1-2 quality pounds a week??
