Post weekly grocery list
bulkers post your grocery list. im going shopping tomorrow and needs some more/new ideas for food items. lets see those long lists!!!!

Comes out to usually under 100$ a week, not to bad. Doesnt include hygeine products or the protein powder and other supps that i purchase elsewhere

9% Lean Ground beef
Cod/Snapper/Talipia fillet
Tuna
Carbs:
Brown Rice
